Speakers Note It is a requirement that all speakers register for the Conference and
submit an abstract online. Confirmation of RegistrationA confirmation letter and tax invoice will be sent to all delegates by email and/or mail once their registration form has been received and processed. (mid October) Payment ProceduresPayment can be made by: Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard Cancellation PolicyDelegates who find themselves unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All alterations, substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretary. Cancellations received on or before 1 September 2005 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $50. Cancellations after 1 September 2005 will not be refundable. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Organising Committee. By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
